		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;This was an extremely pleasant read (thank you) and your initiative and training techniques are very good. God, I&#039;d wish this was more widespread, especially in the city where I currently study (the IT industry is very competitive here).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I always hated (and probably always will hate) the complete absence of these things from university curricula. If you take a graduate student who only coded his assignments, learned for exams and has zero industry experience (like a summer internship or something), then he&#039;ll graduate and realize that there is A LOT he must learn. These kind of students never heard of version control, unit testing, agile programming, requirements gathering and much more. I&#039;m extremely grateful that I have the opportunity to learn this stuff before I graduate.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s a shame, but the good news is that a lot of passionate students will pick these things up by learning on their own. I like that.&lt;/p&gt;
